Getting here for caravans and motorhomes
Directions from Gloucester:
Follow the A48 to village of Blakeney; after driving through the village you will come to a turning on your right for New Road – signposted to Go Ape. Follow along for approximately 2 miles, past Mallards Pike, take the next turning hard left. Then at the T- junction turn left onto Yorkley Road and follow until you reach Yorkley. Take the turning soft right at Bailey Inn onto Lydney Road. Go along past the school and take the next turning right onto Yorkley Wood Road; follow straight down the lane until you reach Deanwood Holiday sign. We are straight ahead. Approach the gate. If you have given your registration number the gate will open automatically. (DO NOT GO OVER THE CATTLE GRID).
P.S. If coming on school days try to avoid school drop off and pick up times on Lydney Road.
From Chepstow:
Follow the A48 to village of Blakeney; after passing the Cock Inn pub on the left you will come to the first turning on your left for New Road – sign posted to Go Ape. Follow along for approximately 2 miles, past Mallards Pike, take the next turning hard left. Then at the T- junction turn left onto Yorkley Road and follow until you reach Yorkley. Take the turning soft right at Bailey Inn onto Lydney Road. Go along past the school and take the next turning right onto Yorkley Wood Road; follow straight down the lane until you reach Deanwood Holiday sign. We are straight ahead. Approach the gate.
